Stage management has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work in theatre. I’ve had the opportunity to take on roles that require strong organization, communication, and leadership, working closely with directors, designers, and performers to keep each production running smoothly. Through these experiences, I’ve built a solid understanding of how to manage rehearsals, coordinate teams, while developing the structure of a show from first rehearsal to final performance.

What draws me to stage management is the balance between leadership and support. I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone can do their best work, whether that’s by anticipating challenges, keeping things on track, or making sure every detail is accounted for. It’s about being both a problem-solver and a steady presence throughout the process, which I find incredibly fulfilling.
